Steve Spooner, a 56-year-old British man with a university doctorate degree was arrested for using a gun to scare people.

They had been parking in front of his house near Soi Khao Noi fresh market. He was charged with illegally carrying a firearm as a foreigner, which is against the law in Thailand.
