Cambodian Caught Beating Child Beggar Near Pattaya Beach

Pattaya police arrested a Cambodian man who had abducted a 7-year-old Cambodian boy and smuggled him into Thailand to beg tourists for money.

He was arrested after a tourist saw him beating the boy near Beach Road.
