PATTANI, June 3 – A man was severely wounded in a shooting early Sunday morning while he was riding a motorcycle back home in the restive province of Pattani, according to local police.

Topa Dukae, 45, was attacked by two assailants armed with a pistol while he was riding his own Pattani-registered motorcycle home in Sai Buri district, according to Pol Col Aziz Umayi, superintendent of Sai Buri police station.
