CHON BURI, April 10 — A Russian tourist drowned Tuesday morning while he was diving off Rin Island (Koh Rin) in the eastern seaside of Chon Buri, according to local police.

The body of Dmitry Klimchenko, 41, was retrieved by a rescue team and transferred for autopsy after he drowned while diving with a group of tourists off Rin Island in Sattahip district, Pol Capt Theetat Darunchan of Sattahip police station said.
