Pattaya Hit By Rain and One Meter Flash Floods

After two hours of non-stop rain and water not being released into sea Pattaya was hit by one meter deep inundation paralysing traffic on Sukhumvit road.

Pattaya, February 2, 2012[PDN]; Pattaya was hit by heavy afternoon rains causing floods on Sukhumvit Rd. inbound. The most affected area was the intersection South Pattaya, on Sukhumvit Road.
