BANGKOK, Dec 7 — Police are seeking a suspect believed involved in yesterday’s bomb-scare near the Government Lottery Office on Ratchadamnoen Avenue in Bangkok.

Deputy National Police Chief Phanupong Singhara Na Ayutthaya called a meeting of investigators Tuesday focusing on the investigation.

Pol Gen Phanupong said the homemade bomb was in an open black bag placed on a traffic island.
