Pattaya locals filed a complaint regarding an illegal casino at a Chonburi market. Bangkok flood refugees Thais and foreigners arrive in Huay Yai, Banglamung and gamble at the illegal casino. Local police does not take action in spite the illegal casino is only one kilometer from the police sentry box.

They complain that in Tambon Huay Yai, Amphur Banglamung, Chonburi a market selling miscellaneous goods, consumer products, gaming machines an illegal casino was also operating. The police sentry box located only 1 kilometer away – but the police turning an blind eye.
