British Hooligan Caught After Destroying Victims House In Pattaya

Pattaya police arrested a British national who, according to the arrest warrant, unlawfully entered and destroyed the victims property.

Pattaya, November 24, 2011 [PDN];They arrested a Mr. James Kelly aged 35, a British citizen with a warrant issued by the Pattaya provincial court. Hewas detained at a beer bar behind Mitryon market in South Pattaya.
