Isan provinces still swamped by flooding

Several northeastern provinces of Thailand remain flooded as major rivers continue to surge.

In Si Sa Ket province, overflow from Huay Samarn yesterday flooded several communities in municipal areas. Nonsawan in Muang district was the worst hit. Boats were the only mode of transportation in the area.
