NARATHIWAT, Sept 28 – Four soldiers assigned to a teacher-protection mission were killed, while two others including a 7-year-old student were seriously wounded as presumed insurgents shot at the group outside a school in this southern border province Wednesday.
The latest attack took place one day after army chief Gen Prayuth Chan-ocha visited the province and inspected military operations in the troubled region.
