Pirated goods worth $825,000 found in Northeast Thailand

BANGKOK, 3 June 2011 (NNT)-The Thai Customs Department has pressed charges against perpetrators who have attempted to import over 40,000 pieces of bootleg products worth over 25 million THB ($824,962).

According to Prasong Poonthaneth, Director-General of the Customs Department, a team of investigators has tracked down a large number of intellectually violated products which include male undergarment, shirts, cell phone parts, wrist watches, etc.
