More than 700,000 methamphetamine pills worth $3.7 million seized by Thai police

BANGKOK, June 4 – A drug dealer was arrested in Pathumthani province in possession of 786,000 methamphetamines worth over Bt100 million in street value, two pick-up trucks and Bt3-million cash.

Thailand’s national police chief Gen Wichean Potephosree on Saturday said Aniwat Sae-Lew was arrested by Metropolitan Police Bureau while he was delivering the meth to another dealer, later identified as Somyot Sae-Lee, who fled with his vehicle in front of Metharom housing estate, Rangsit-Nakhon Nayok Road.
