Mild quake hits Trang, Thailand
TRANG, June 25 – A light 3.5 earthquake shook the southern province of Trang Friday night, sparking panic among local residents and fishermen, while Trang Governor Maitree Inthusut on Saturday ordered officials to search for damages and monitor if more quakes could occured.
The National Disaster Warning Center reported that the quake struck Trang at 11.40 pm on Friday, with the tremor’s epicentre in Hatsamran district.
