Report says 93 Red Shirts killed in last year’s crackdown

The People’s Information Centre (PCI) released a report yesterday saying that up to 93 red shirt protesters, innocent bystanders and soldiers were killed in the April-May crackdown last year.

According to government reports, the death toll of last year’s political unrest stood at 91.

The PCI report was released to mark the one year anniversary since the emergency decree was announced on April 7, 2010.
