New Zealander arrested following gun incident in East Pattaya
A New Zealander was caught with a loaded handgun in the early hours of Saturday Morning. The incident began with a shooting which was reported whereby a foreign man was seen to shoot twice into the air, inside Soi Kow Noi, East of Pattaya.
Witnesses noted the license plate of the vehicle the suspect was driving and Police caught up with him and his car at the Central Pattaya Road intersection with the Sukhumvit Road.
