According to rescue organizations, Suda died after her handler forced her to perform between 1,000 and 2,000 repetitive squatting exercises until she collapsed. The handler then reportedly used an electric shock device in an attempt to revive her, resulting in her death. Her body was discovered at a local temple where it had been abandoned prior to scheduled cremation.
