On December 17th, Pattaya police received a report from a tourist about what appeared to be a human skull and bones found buried in the sand along Pattaya Beach.

Upon receiving the report, authorities coordinated with related officials to investigate the scene. Upon arrival, they met with Mr. Decha, 25, who reported the discovery. He led officers to the scene, where they found a skull approximately the size of a fist and a rib bone about two feet long.
