Rains forecast nationwide as temperatures plummet in upper region

BANGKOK, 25th February 2018 (NNT) – The Meteorological Department has forecast heavy rains in most parts of the country until this weekend as the northwesterly wind is moving across the Gulf of Thailand.

According to the Meteorological Department, rains can be expected in the Central region, Northeast, East and the South of Thailand until Sunday. In addition to precipitation, the arrival of cold air masses from China on Monday will cause the temperatures in the upper parts of the country to drop by 4-6 degrees Celsius.
