An Irish man has been rushed to hospital in a critical condition after slashing his wrists and both arms with a small box cutter.

At around 1:00pm on September 27th, Pattaya police and emergency services were called out to the Blue Wave apartment building in Pattaya, after the house keeper had stumbled across a foreigner lying motionless on his blood-stained bed, in a critical condition.
