SA KAEO — A woman sustained serious burns and many others were injured after their car and a pickup collided on a highway covered by thick smoke from a fire in Wang Sombun district on Sunday, police said.

Pol Capt Thongchai Naknaen, a Wang Sombun police investigator, said the accident occurred at about 11am near Ban Wang Hin on Highway 317.
