PATTAYA: — At 4.30pm, on the afternoon of November 30, Pattaya police and medics received reports of a body found on the beach at Naklua, Soi 16.

At the scene a German national, known only as Otto, who was though to be aged seventy-four-years old, had collapsed on the sand and was pronounced dead.
