RTP instructs police in all areas to prepare measures for Loy Krathong festival

BANGKOK, 3 November 2016 (NNT) – The Royal Thai Police (RTP) instructed police officers to ensure the public’s safety and facilitate traffic during 2016 Loy Krathong festival.

The RTP has instructed all of its units to provide safety and conveniences to the public during Loy Krathong festival on 14 November. Police officers in each area were instructed to patrol areas which are vulnerable to criminal activity including venues scheduled to host Loy Krathong festivities with large crowds participating.
