Both Thais and foreigners are sending Get Well Soon messages on Twitter to His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej of Thailand using the hashtags #LongLiveTheKing and #ทรงพระเจริญ, while on Facebook users use a pink profile photo or background with a well-wishing text.

According the Bureau of the Royal Household in the 38th announcement released Wednesday night, His Majesty the King’s general condition remains unstable and he’s under close observation and monitoring by Royal doctors at Siriraj hospital in Bangkok.

Meanwhile, a large crowd of well-wishers have been gathering outside Siriraj Hospital in Thanon Wang Lang on Wednesday night, to pray for His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej.

From Thailand News (a western guy who loves Thailand and the King) all my best wishes and many prayers for a speedy recovery of the Father of Thailand.

Westerners who have never visited Thailand show their deepest respect to our King.

Thai people sent messages in both, Thai and English languages to wish a quick recovery of the King.

The former US Ambassador Curtis S. Chin wrote:

He always put his duty first.

Stay strong, my King Bhumibol Adulyadej.
