Phang Nga Taxi driver admired for helping Belgian tourist

PHANG NGA, 13 October 2016 (NNT) – A representative of the office of Her Royal Highness Princess Bajrakitiyabha’s Affairs and Initiative presented a shirt with a message reading “Good People We Admire” to a Phang Nga taxi driver who helped a Belgian tourist retrieve stolen money.

The Takua Pa Provincial Chief Public Prosecutor Jetsada Kheaochai, as a representative of the office of Her Royal Highness Princess Bajrakitiyabha’s Affairs and Initiative, the Office of the Attorney-General, presented a shirt with a message reading “Good People We Admire” and a royally-bestowed bell to Mr. Bamrung Chanbamrung on the occasion of National Police Day at Talat Yai Police Station, Takua Pa district, Phang Nga province. Mr. Bamrung is a good citizen, serving as a role model who did not ignore those in need.
