Min of Public Health launches campaign to prevent heart diseases

BANGKOK, 29 September 2016 (NNT) – The Ministry of Public Health wants people to make healthier food choices during the vegetarian festival to prevent cardiovascular diseases.

According to Public Health Minister Dr. Piyasakol Sakolsattayathorn, the Ministry of Public Health is set to launch a public campaign to urge people to avoid fried, greasy, sweet and salty dishes during the vegetarian festival which will run from October 1st to 9th this year.
