Extra pumps to drain water from flooded Don Muang

The City Administration has installed 15 propeller pumps at four spots in Khlong Prem Prachakorn to accelerate the drainage of water from Don Muang area via the canal, deputy governor Amorn Kijchavengkul said on Tuesday.

Mr Amorn said the floodwater in Don Muang area was 1.50 metres or more deep and it had to be drained out via Khlong Prem Prachakorn.
