A boat carrying a group of Muslims back from a local mosque hit a pole and sank in the Chao Phraya River in Ayutthaya’s Mueang district Sunday afternoon.

At 6.45pm, death toll rises to 13 and 19 injured in a boat accident in Ayuthaya province. Most victims are the elderly.
