Former prime minister Ms Yingluck Shinawatra insisted today that her brother Thaksin Shinawatra was not behind recent bombings in seven provinces

Her affirmation came as she appeared at the Supreme Court to testify for the second time as defendant in a case which she was accused of dereliction of duty on the controversial rice pledging scheme.
