Thailand is planning to resort to Pokemon Go in a bid to promote tourism and attract visitors as recent deadly blasts that hit its several resorts have led to a decrease in tourists’ activity, Minister of Tourism and Sports Kobkarn Wattanavrangkul said on Tuesday.

BANGKOK (Sputnik) — Last week, a series of blasts killed four people and injured dozens, including foreign tourists, on the island of Phuket, in the town of Hua Hin and several other Thai tourist spots.

“The ministry will create an info graphic map and user guide for Pokemon hunters, offering locations, tips, and do’s and don’ts for tourists,” the minister said as quoted by the Bangkok post.
