Alleged Canadian bank robber denies all charges

BANGKOK, 13 July 2016 (NNT) – The alleged robber of a bank in Singapore continues to refuse all charges after being captured in Thailand by the police, says the police chief.

Royal Thai Police Commissioner-General Pol Gen Chakthip Chaijinda, along with the Commander of the Immigration Bureau Pol Lt Gen Nattorn Prohsunthorn have interrogated Mr David James Roach who is the alleged robber of a Standard Chartered bank branch in Singapore. During the heist, on 7 July 2016, he stole 30,000 Singapore dollars in cash.
