Police forcibly shut down the centre to prevent cheating in the referendum of the United Front for Democracy against Dictatorship and cancelled a planned press conference scheduled Sunday morning of the group at Imperial Lat Phrao department store.

The cancellation of the press conference led to the live broadcast of the event through its affiliated TV channel planned by the UDD.
