Military prepared for Northern flood rescue

NAN, 27 May 2016 (NNT) – Military units in the North have put their rescue teams on standby to provide an immediate response to likely flash floods and mudslides.

Maj Gen Chainarong Klaewkla, Commander of the 38th Army Circle has inspected the life-saving equipment at Suriyapong Military Camp. More than 450 security and local administrative officials, as well as college students took part in the disaster preparedness workshop.
