True Move H Universal Communications which won a license for the 900 MHz spectrum will not be allowed to participate in the re-auction of the other license forfeited from Jas Mobile Broadband which defaulted in installment payment.

Mr Thakorn Tanthasit, secretary-general of the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission, said the board, at its special meeting today (Tuesday) decided to ban True Move H from the fresh bid.
