PRACHUAP KHIRI KHAN — A total of 87 dek waen street racers, many of them minors, were arrested and 78 modified racing motorcycles seized from them in Hua Hin in the early hours of Saturday.

A combined team of police, soldiers and rescue workers rounded up teen motorcycle racers who turned a newly built bypass route into their racetrack at around 1.30am on Saturday.
