BANGKOK, 9 March 2016 (NNT) – The Ministry of Education has unveiled an English-learning app for all groups of people to strengthen their English language proficiency, in response to the arrival of the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC).

Education Minister Gen Dapong Ratanasuwan explained that the application, called Echo English, was jointly developed by the ministry and the private sector as part of a public cooperation campaign.
