Approval Rating of Merkel’s Faction Down to 32.5% – Poll

MOSCOW (Sputnik) – Approval of German Chancellor Angela Merkel’s ruling CDU/CSU union has dropped 2.5 percent to 32.5 percent since last week, a fresh opinion survey by INSA pollster found Tuesday.

“There is a clear trend against the Union in the country,” INSA head Hermann Binkert told German tabloid Bild. “Time is running out to reverse it before regional elections in March.”
