An American was held in police custody under suspicion of involvement in the kidnap and murder of an Australian in Pattaya as he tried to cross the border into Cambodia through an immigration office in Sa Kaeo province.
The suspect, identified as Mr.Tyler Joseph Fulton Sheen Gerard, was being escorted by police back to Pattaya for interrogation.
