German falls from 8th floor apartment at South Pattaya Condominium
Police and medics were called to a Condominium in South Pattaya early on Sunday Morning to investigate the apparent suicide of a German resident.
At the ground level car park area was the body of Mr. Alexander Minor aged 73 who appears to have fallen from his 8th floor balcony.
