A security flaw in Facebook allows through its API massive collection of personal data about users. The solution is a simple change on the privacy preferences, by hiding your phone number.
Facebook is the most used social network in the world with over 1,500 million users. It is therefore not surprising that cyber-criminals target is aimed at stealing personal information that could be exploited to obtain a financial gain.
