BANGKOK, 15 April 2015 (NNT) – The Ministry of Communication and Information Technology (ICT) has launched a facebook page to educate internet users on how to use social media in a constructive manner.

The move came in light of the growing number of internet users, especially those browsing social media. Recent findings indicated that Thai people spent as much as 50 hours per week or seven hours per day surfing the internet. Hand phones and computer tablets are the most popular gadgets for internet surfers.
