Jatuporn sentenced two years in prison with no suspension

The Criminal Court today sentenced Jatuporn Promphan, leader of the redshirt United Front for Democracy against Dictatorship, two years in prison after finding him guilty of defaming former prime minister Abhisit Vejjajiva in October 2009.

The court handed the imprisonment term with no suspension.
