PM Prayut already informed of Malaysian bomb hurting one Thai

MYANMAR, 9 October 2014 (NNT) – Prime Minister and Head of the National Council for Peace and Order (NCPO) General Prayut Chan-o-cha said that he had already been reported about the explosion in front of an entertainment outlet in Bukit Bintang, in central Kuala Lumpur this morning which injured at least 14 people including one Thai citizen.

Gen. Prayut said he has assigned the Deputy Prime Minister for defense to send a Letter of Condolence to the Malaysian Government. He also asked the public not to link the bomb attack to terrorism or as a signal to new violence in southern Thailand.
