Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha has brushed aside criticism that the two illegal Myanmar workers charged with the murders of two British tourists on Koh Tao in Surat Thani might be scapegoats, insisting police have solid forensic evidence to prove the men killed the young couple.
