Belgian Man Caught Red Handed For Blackmailing In Pattaya

A Belgium man who took naked photos of Thai girls then tried to blackmail one by asking her for money or he would put her pictures on the internet.

PATTAYA – September 6, 2014 [Pattaya Daily News]; at 15.00 pm Pol.Lt.Col.Thanadech Chomchiaochan-inspector of Pattaya police station- and Pol.Capt.Anon Infong-deputy inspector of Children Woman Family Protection And Anti Human Trafficking Centre Of Provincial Police Region 2- was accompanied with police officers with Khon Kaen court order to arrest a Mr Humblet Raymond Pierre Andre Lucien aged 50 from Belgium.
