Senate holds last round of informal discussion to find an interim premier

The Senate held the last round of informal discussion today (Friday) to wrap up all the proposals and suggestions made by various stakeholders during earlier meetings this week in the attempt to find the “way out” of the protracted political impasse.

Acting Senate speaker Surachai Liangboonlertchai chaired the discussion which was attended by some 60 senators mostly the appointed ones with some elected senators.
