Caretaker Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra arrived Tuesday morning at the Police Cadet Academy in Sampran on a wheel chair to attend a cabinet meeting.

She tumbled on the ground as she stepped out of a van during a trip to have lunch at a noodle shop in Chiang Mai last Saturday.
