M-79 grenade fired into Lat Phrao rally site, one protester wounded
BANGKOK, Jan 29 – An M-79 grenade was fired into the rally site of the anti-government protesters at the Lat Phrao five-way intersection, wounding one protester and damaging two cars.
Issara Somchai, a key leader of the anti-government People’s Democratic Reform Committee (PDRC), said he heard an explosion at 3.47am at the Chatuchak Park rally site and assigned guards to inspect the scene.
