BANGKOK, Jan 21 – Caretaker Justice Minister Chaikasem Nitisiri today condemned anti-government protesters for intimidating civil servants and preventing them from performing their duties.

He said the People’s Democratic Reform Committee (PDRC) did not honour government workers and state enterprise employees by sealing off state properties, impeding officials from carrying on their routine work.
