Yingluck Shinawatra: Resignation or Parliament dissolution not on the cards

BANGKOK, 25 November 2013 (NNT) – Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra insisted that she will not resign nor dissolve the parliament despite growing pressure from the anti-government demonstrators.

The Prime Minister expressed her belief that the political gridlock can be solved through a series of talks. She elaborated that currently the government will not impose additional measures other than the Internal Security Act already enforced in Bangkok’s three districts.
