Mid Morning in Pattaya and Local police responded to an emergency call to Jomtien beach and the grisly discovery of the body of a foreigner who is thought to have drowned while taking an early morning swim.

With no means of identification, the authorities removed the body for forensic examination and hotels are being asked to let police know of any guests who disappear.
